What I like about Reincarnations The Awakening: This is a hidden object game with a great sense of style, an interesting story and way to interact, as well as good voice acting.
What I don’t like about Reincarnations The Awakening: Certain objects don’t work like they should, can become clunky and frustrating at times.
Reincarnations The Awakening – Full Review
Reincarnations Awakening is an interactive hidden object where you play as a writer looking for her big break. The games starts by introducing us to your character Jane, she’s a young writer who’s been hired by a big client to produce a story about reincarnations. After sending in her draft, the client replies with a few things they want changed, one of these is the suggestion of putting her own life experiences into the article. Shortly after this she is mysteriously left a package which contains a disk, on the disk is an advertisement for a doctor that specializes in reincarnations, his name is Dr Herzle, and a meeting with the doctor is where the adventure begins.
The game has a really great art sense and has a very strong opening. The story is told in a mix between text and voice, both do a great job of keeping you informed. Finding items is always fun, the pictures are bright and interesting and the game is made for you to have fun, no time limit or punishment for not being able to solve a puzzle means you’ll never get frustrated or angry.
Reincarnations Awakening is a great hidden object game which would also fall into the point and click adventure category, with a deep and interesting story that makes you want to play just a little bit more to unlock that next part of the story.
