Alex Trax is a bmx game which will test your skills on a variety of tracks and levels. Performing tricks on bikes is fun, most of us unfortunately can’t afford to put our lives on the line in real life, so playing Alex Trax is the next best thing.
The gaol in Alex Trax is very simple, you need to get from point A to point B. You’ll face obstacles and bumps in the land that you’ll need to ride over. Controlling your bike and rider is very simple, you’ll use your up and down arrow keys for acceleration or braking, and your left and right arrows to lean back and forwards. When you’re in the air you can even lean all the way back to perform flips. When your right on the ledge of the jump, just before you get airborne, hit the shift button for a small speed boost. Your rider will also perform a little jump to give you some extra air.
Riding through the levels seems simple enough, its really tempting to ride as fast as you can to get the biggest air, though a lot of the time skill is much more important than speed. By hitting the space bar at anytime you have the ability to turn your rider around and go in the opposite direction. This is vital for certain levels where you need to ride to the end of the level, retrieve a key, turn around the ride back to the locked door at the start of the level.
